We have been researching into whats the best way of putting on this decal, it was either stencil or vinyl, in the end we are leaning towards vinyl, mainly due to how difficult stencilwork can be.

For the mid section of the van we put soundproof underlay, followed by 3ply mdf, followed by a faux pine wooden boards. On top of this will go a thick rug. The wooden base is designed to be hard wearing for festivals, whilst increasing the sound insulation.

job complete! carpet underlay installed and the van is ready to be put back in the shed until the rock and roll has been refurbished and the carpet has been delivered
All the spare pieces of carpet underlay we’re used as extra insulation in the side panels of the van.
